The cladding is done
about 3mm on various MS thickness of 10,12,15,18 and 20mm normally supplied
to customer drawings including bolt holes.

2 to 3 times the life of equivalent thickness of manganese
wearplates at almost
the same price as manganese
precut fabricated plates.
59-61 HRC average hardness.
Since the base is mild
steel,welding can be done by E-6013,E-7016 or E-7018
rods depending upon
the base metal.

This is a chrom carbide plate that
takes a lot of impact and hence unique .
Its impact resistance can be compared
with manganese hot rolled plates.
This wear plate withstands heavy
impacts at hardnesses as high as 650 to 700 Bhn.
The above qualities makes it to stand
far ahead of all other varieties of wear plates.
Wamalloy PL 700 has proven to be

These plates can be gas cut especially
the ones with 3 mm chrom carbide on mild steel, gas cutting to be done
from the mild steel side
